Private health insurance pre existing health conditions

Pre existing health conditions are usually excluded from this type of insurance.
There are two insurance companys that do offer cover for pre existing health conditions.
PVZP and Slavia can cover pre exsiting conditions.
Both companys require information about the condition before they will offer a contract covering the condition.
PVZP require medical reports (prefferably from a Czech doctor) but they can accept foreign medical reports. Prefferably in English.
The medical report should include information about the illness and expected treatment for the next 12 months.

It is much easier to apply for pre existing cover once you are in CR. So one of the methods is to buy for example PVZP Plus and then "upgrade" the insurance once you are in CR, using Czech medical facilities to obtain the relevant medical reports.
